The revitalisation of the City West three years ago began with the opening of the new BIKINI BERLIN concept shopping mall. And new life is now also being breathed into its nightlife with the official opening of the new, exclusive club 808 (Eight Oh Eight) on 24 November 2017. Its namesake is the Roland TR 808 drum machine.
Located right next to the 25hours Hotel and covering an area of 500 square metres, the new club is the perfect place to dance the night away. 808 is divided into a bar and club area and offers guests a line-up of top international DJs. The venue can also be booked for concerts or corporate events. Renowned interior designer Laura Rave has opted for a dark blue and powdery pink colour scheme for the interior. Velvet furniture adds an exciting contrast to hard materials like concrete and steel, while neon elements such as the illuminated sign at the entrance run through the entire concept.
The four equal partners of 808 are Professor Stephan Gerhard, Valentin Gerhard and Behnam Mashoufi and Babak Tajbakhsh, both of whom used to run the club Tube Station. They can all look back on years of experience in Berlin’s club and gastro scene.
808 is located at Budapester Strasse 38-40, 10787 Berlin.
