Technical Property Management Assistant (m/f/d)
We are currently seeking a part-time (20–25 hours) Assistant (m/f/d) to join our Center Management Team in Berlin for BIKINI Berlin.

Here’s what you can expect
- You will support the technical management team with a wide range of tasks and ensure the smooth operation of the center
- You will create maintenance logs, service reports, and technical documentation
- You will assist the tenants located in the property with technical issues and complaint management
- You will assist with the planning and execution of maintenance and modernization projects
- You will manage the property’s budget for technical measures and maintain contacts with tradespeople and suppliers
- You document and organize maintenance and repair data
- You are responsible for managing and documenting maintenance contracts and inspections
What you bring to the table
- Business training or comparable professional experience
- Basic knowledge of building services engineering and maintenance is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and property management software
- Knowledge of facility management or property management is desirable
- You are a natural organizer, flexible, and highly service-oriented
- You are a quick learner, present yourself confidently, and have strong communication skills
- You are fluent in spoken and written German
