The controller collects and processes the applicants' personal data for the purpose of carrying out the application process. Processing may also be performed electronically. This applies in particular if an applicant sends the relevant application documents to the controller by electronic means, for example via e-mail or using a web form available on the website. If the controller concludes an employment contract with an applicant, the transmitted data will be stored for the purpose of handling the employment relationship in compliance with statutory provisions. If the controller does not conclude an employment contract with the applicant, the application documents will be deleted automatically six months after that applicant has been notified of the decision to reject his or her application, provided that no other legitimate interests of the controller prevent their deletion. Other legitimate interest in this context would be the burden of proof in proceedings under the General Equal Treatment Act (AGG) for example.
If we disclose data to other persons or companies (processors or third parties) during our processing operation, transmit the data to them or otherwise grant them access to the data, this will only take place on the basis of a legal authorization (e.g. if transmission of the data to third parties is required for contract performance pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1(b) DSGVO), if you have consented, if a legal obligation provides for this, or on the basis of our legitimate interests (e.g. when using agents, web hosts, etc.).

We adhere to the principles of data avoidance and minimization. Legislators have stipulated a number of storage-related obligations and storage periods.
