Culinary heaven at BIKINI BERLIN – Berlin Food Week invites you to the House of Food on 13 and 14 October

Calling all foodies, gourmets, epicures and connoisseurs! On 13 and 14 October 2023, the House of Food during Berlin Food Week is inviting you to discover, sample and indulge in the latest culinary delights. Playing host to the event once again, BIKINI BERLIN will be welcoming all enthusiastic foodies with open arms. Over the two days, visitors to the concept shopping mall will have the opportunity to sample their way through the culinary offer provided by around 40 producers. Hungry visitors won’t just be able to try and buy the products at the event, but also chat directly with the exhibitors and find out more about their innovative products. Admission is free and the event will be open from Friday to Saturday, 10:00 am until 8:00 pm.

Vive la France: as the event’s country partner, France will be presenting delicious wines from the Bordeaux region by Vins de Bordeaux at a large collective stand, as well as fruit spreads from St Dalfour, which are made from 100% fruit, following a 100-year-old original French recipe. Meat fans will also be in their element here – with the gourmet beef from Charoluxe. 

But it’s not just French specialities that promise the ultimate gourmet experience at the event. The many other exhibitors will also be bringing plenty of tasty treats with them – such as Bunte Burger, an organic vegan burger manufacturer from Germany. Or start-up Cascaritas, which offers a fruit spread containing caffeine that is made using coffee cherries. And at Willicroft from Amsterdam, visitors can sample plant-based cheese and fermented plant-based butter. With an impressive range of goods on offer, this year’s edition is all about variety. 

It’s not only BIKINI BERLIN’s very own food market KANTINI that makes it the perfect location for the House of Food, but also the concept shopping mall’s varied cultural offer that brings together young and old, families and singles, tourists and locals. And that is precisely the aim of Berlin Food Week: to accompany people – whether they are meat lovers, vegetarians or vegans – on a culinary journey towards a more sustainable and healthier diet and to introduce them to the latest food trends. 

From 10:00 am until 8:00 pm on 13 and 14 October, BIKINI BERLIN will become a unique foodie paradise, where the spotlight is on indulgence, fun and the appreciation of good, resource-efficient food. Admission is free of charge on both days.
