Z22 GOES BIKINI
15.10. - 30.10.2025
The exhibition Z22 GOES BIKINI brings together artistic positions from sculpture, painting, photography, and mixed media, and discusses questions of perception, identity, and urban space in two chapters. The title describes the gesture of Gallery Z22 to move their program into the space of CSR.ART - a "going" between places and artistic worlds, which enables new encounters.
Exhibition part I (02.–14.10.2025) focuses on intimate and subjective interiors:
Animalistic-poetic wood sculptures by Silvio Ukat, geometric wall reliefs by Lars J. Fischedick, multilayered portrait painting by Lavely Miller, photographic documentations by Frank Massholder, abstract Captcha paintings by Benka as well as quiet interior images by Sador WeinsĨlucker unfold a sensitive spectrum between materiality, psychology, and perception.
Exhibition part II (15.–30.10.2025) leads into the public space and examines transitions, urban spaces, and identity issues:
Monumental steel sculptures by Joax, staged photography by Katerina Belkina, expressive figurative painting by Nadia Valeska as well as the media-reflective works of the duo Gott & Gilz combine urban visual strategies with questions of visibility, identity, and representation.
Thus, a poetic choreography of artistic positions emerges, reinvigorating the dialogue between visual disciplines and spaces of perception.
