Last Christmas, BIKINI BERLIN invited you to come together at the festive art installation by Berlin artist Isis Maria.
After the installation we were left with ten framed and signed prints, which we then gave away in a competition.
We are delighted that we were able to rescue the “leftover” materials from the installation in a sustainable way. This was done in cooperation with Trash Galore, which ensures that reusable materials from events stay in circulation and that leftovers are turned back into raw materials. They then refer these materials to charitable initiatives, where they can be reused. Thanks to the service provided by Trash Galore, we have been able to rescue 341.98 kg of materials from waste disposal, prevent CO₂ emissions (631,03 kg CO₂ equivalent) and support three fantastic initiatives.
