On Saturday, 25 June 2022, you can take part in a unique Taoasis yoga session with views over Berlin’s rooftops in the heart of the German capital. Yoga instructor Aja will take participants on a fragrant journey to self-discovery. Whether you have yoga experience or not, you can come and forget about the hustle and bustle of the city for a moment.
To increase the impact of yoga on the mind, body and soul and to achieve an all-round feeling of relaxation, Taoasis’ natural fragrances will be used in a targeted way. In combination with movement, breathwork, meditation and yoga, the effect of essential oils is intensified even further. For example, essential oils support breathing: the flow of the breath becomes more intense, perception is heightened, concentration and tranquillity are deepened. After a while, your brain will associate the essential fragrance with the feeling of relaxation and letting go. With essential oils, the effect of yoga moves (asanas) can also be intensified. Citrus notes have an energising effect, floral notes are soothing and resinous, woody notes help us feel grounded.
