WOMADE BERLIN: Ceramics Workshop—Make Your Favorite Piece

Come alone or bring a friend and enjoy a Saturday to unwind and connect with your creative side.

In this workshop, you’ll learn pinching (hand-building) and create your own one-of-a-kind piece. 

After shaping the pieces, we’ll decorate them with engobes (clay colors), textures, small inscriptions, and more.

I’ll then handle the glazing and both firings and let you know as soon as your pieces are ready to be picked up.

No prior experience necessary—just a desire to connect and be creative.

What to Bring

• Your one-of-a-kind piece in your own style

• A relaxed introduction to hand-building, which you can repeat at home later

• All materials (up to 0.7 kg of clay per person, engobes, tools) and two firings included—we’ll handle the glazing and firing after the workshop
