WOMADE BERLIN: Ceramics Workshop—Make Your Own Breakfast Set—An Introduction to Hand-Building

You’ll learn the basics of hand-building—thumb-pressing and slab technique—and apply them to design your own breakfast set. Organic shapes, textures, and details. 

After shaping the pieces, we’ll decorate them with engobes (clay colors), textures, small inscriptions, and more.

I’ll then handle the glazing and both firings and let you know as soon as your pieces are ready for pickup.

No prior experience necessary—just a desire to connect and be creative.
