Representing Europe is the Berliner Curry Company, which offers the Berliners’ favourite takeaway snack, currywurst, in different variations including premium “dry-aged” and vegan versions. Pasta Deli and TerrAmare are proving that there’s a lot more to Italian cuisine than just pizza. From tramezzini to piadina romagnola or mozzarella in carrozza, visitors will have plenty of tasty specialities to choose from. The focus at Frai is on the nutrition philosophy of each guest and diners can put together their favourite dish from a variety of low-carb and Paleo options.
In the Latin American category, Chaparro is tempting taste buds with authentic Mexican cuisine like burritos, comida corrida, tortas, quesadillas and tacos. Fans of Middle Eastern food will love the Israeli dishes from DJIMALAYA. And you don’t have to forgo delicious tapas at Kantini either – but at Madrido they come with an Indian touch. In the Madrido Bar you can sip champagne, beer and exquisite wines as you watch the world go by. And as it’s difficult to imagine a Berlin food market without an Asian offer, Kantini is also home to Royals & Rice and their exceptional Vietnamese dishes. At bibimix, diners can enjoy unusual Korean creations such as burgers, bibimbap and popcorn chicken – the famous Korean street food classic. And SONS OF MANA will be serving up original Hawaiian poke bowls.
Anyone with a sweet tooth will love South Africa’s trendiest patisserie Talking Beans from Cape Town and the Berlin ice cream maker Copper & Flint. In addition to the permanent food counters, two pop-up stalls will be providing new inspiration and seasonal food trends. Starting the ball rolling are smoothie and health food provider RAW’BAR and the food concept ECHTÖL, which as well as selected oils also offers unique spirits and premium-quality tinned fish products. BIKINI BERLIN is therefore staying true to its pop-up concept. The two units can be rented by innovative eateries for a maximum of six months, ensuring that hungry foodies can look forward to regularly changing culinary experiences.
