Galerie Sara Lily Perez is thrilled to announce the opening of RHYTHMS OF IDENTITY, featuring works of Martin Dreves Castillo, aka. Murt. On the 15th and 16th of September, Galerie Sara Lily Perez welcomes to celebrate Hispanic identity through diverse art styles and narratives, featuring Murt's Colombian-inspired art blending tradition with modern elements. RHYTHMS OF IDENTITY includes paintings and merchandise inspired by Murt’s work, allowing you to take home a piece of his unique artistry. Explore this showcase of Hispanic Heritage's beauty and cultural diversity at Galerie SLP.
At the opening of the exhibition, Galerie SLP welcomes you to celebrate the launching of LOOM x Murt in partnership with the Urban Outfitters collection. Murt exclusively created two paintings to be featured in the AW23 collection. These artworks, along with carefully selected fabrics, prints, and designs, have been meticulously curated by the artist to infuse a sense of warmth and illumination into the forthcoming moody autumn and winter months. Both RHYTHMS OF IDENTITY and LOOM x Murt seamlessly blend traditional techniques with contemporary aesthetics, resulting in a dynamic and vibrant artistic composition.
The event will take place on September 15 and 16 from from 11:00 am to 07:00 p.m.
