Ramen, the Japanese noodle soup we all know and love, has been a firm favourite among fans of exotic cuisine for quite some time now. And now Kantini also has its very own port of call for all ramen lovers – Yuzu Ramen.

Yuzu is the name of a rare Japanese citrus fruit, which is also the special ingredient that makes the ramen at Yuzu Ramen so unique. The slight acidity of the citrus fruit is combined with complex aromas of mandarin, grapefruit and “mountain peach” and gives the ramen a unique twist. In addition to classic ramen like miso, tonkotsu and shoyu, Yuzu Ramen also serve up vegetarian and vegan variations and the less common trend from Japan – ramen with cheese. The menu also includes gyoza, which are Japanese dumplings, and various other small bites.
