And that has been the case for over 100 years. OHDE is now breathing new life into this tradition and bringing Berlin marzipan to BIKINI BERLIN.
Whether pralines with marzipan, nuts or alcohol-infused– in cooperation with Berlin chocolate master Sabine Dubenkropp, OHDE has created a selection of pralines that reflect attention to detail and an appreciation of culinary creativity. But it’s not just all about indulgence: for founder Hamid Djadda, humanity and regionality are extremely important. As part of the OHDE Foundation, a large part of the sales proceeds is donated to youth projects in Neukölln.
