Inspired by the tension between tradition and modernity on the vibrant, bustling streets of Berlin, Marcel Ostertag’s designs have proven popular with fashionistas ever since he founded his eponymous label in 2006. Almost 15 years later, the designer opened a concept store called Under the Surface by Marcel Ostertag in Berlin-Mitte that combines old with new, culinary with fashion and beauty with literature. It is a place for people who enjoy the finer things in life, who can now also visit his new branch at BIKINI BERLIN! 
As well as limited-edition fashions by Marcel Ostertag – who sets great store by sustainable production, high-quality materials and fair production conditions – vintage fashion and interior pieces are also given the chance of a second life here. And for the ultimate indulgence, the store also offers the finest chocolate creations by Goldhelm and the Flor de Sal d’Es Trenc hand-harvested sea salt flakes, while beauty products by Beauté Omar and OZN round off the Marcel Ostertag world to perfection.
